Follow up, control measurements and calibrations

It is crucial that the machine measures the correct diameter and length for the estimated production volume to be correct. Through continuous control measurements with the caliper and calibrating when needed, it is insured that the machine measures correct. A deviation from accurate measurement can also indicate that the machine settings needs to be adjusted by a technician or that any component needs to be changed.

All control measurements are sent from the machine to MaxiFleet with the calibrating history. No settings need to be made in the machine and the driver does not need to do anything in addition to the control measurements performed with caliper that is performed today. The machine automatically sends all the control measurements and calibrations to MaxiFleet...

Function demands MaxiFleet Advanced Plus and MaxiXplorer 3.12 or later.

Machine Analysis

MaxiFleet analyzes the performed control measurements and a warning occurs in cases where the machine has a major measurement deviation. The deviation is the difference between what the machine has measured and what has been measured by the driver with the caliper. Warning limits can be customized per machine.

It is possible to get a clear overview of key indicators for diameter, length measure and chart for how the machine has measured over time in the machine analysis. You can see how machine vents and calibrations has affected the measurement deviation..

Reports

It is also possible to include control measurements and calibration information in the machine- and object reports. For example, if you want to follow up how the machine has measured in a specific object or to prove that certain control measurements or calibrations has been performed in an object.

Display and edit shift information

To get a clear view of how a machine has been used during a shift, there is a new function to show shift information. Some information about a shift is possible to change, for example the time when the shift started or ended. Or change reason code for an already registered down time, e. g. from break to reparation. It is also possible to ad longer down time for example when the machine has been at the workshop for service and no down time is registered in the machine.

Function requires MaxiFleet Advanced.

A list with all shifts for chosen time period is shown. It is also possible to adjust filter for driver and object. For each shift - time, driver, object and utilized time of machine is shown. By clicking a shift in the list, a detailed information is shown for the specific shift.

A timeline over the shift is shown where green corresponds to the time when the machine has been working, yellow is break and red is down time. All information is based on what is registered in machine operational monitoring and with the settings for least down time that is used there.

It is possible to change driver, object and start /stop time for the shift if it for example is registered wrong in the machine. It is possible to change reason code by clicking a down time field and enter a new code. It is also possible to edit free text field for a down time session, for example to enter information about consumables.;

Observe that it is not possible to change the length of down time session registered in the machine. Neither is it possible to ad down time e.g. for repair that overlaps already registered machine time.
