Komatsu Forest has decided to keep its production completely or partially closed between 2020-04-13 through 2020-06-21 due to the effects of the Corona pandemic. We will close our production completely for three weeks, after which we intend to gradually increase production. However, our production plan assumes that our suppliers can start up their production according to plan and that restrictions on the spread of infection allows it.

If you have ordered a new machine, your delivery date may be affected. In this unusual situation, it will be more difficult to give delivery dates. You will receive the best delivery forecast from your sales man.  

Our workshops and dealers do their utmost to be able to continue to serve you as a customer in a safe manner. As a customer, we encourage you to contact your workshop or dealer for help and to find out the current status of restrictions as the situation is constantly changing. 
 
We will do what we can to safely maintain the necessary business for our customers. We will offer service and repairs to the extent possible during these circumstances.

We care about you and are closely following and complying with the directives from the national government to help to reduce the risk for the spreading of the virus infection.

Under current circumstances, our focus is on continuing to conduct our daily operations to support our customers with service, spare parts and machine deliveries. Together we have a responsibility to keep the forestry business running.

We follow the current restrictions on good hand hygiene, distance in personal meetings and we are all very careful. We try to minimize personal contact and therefore ask you to contact us by phone or e-mail in the first place.

At the moment, we can deliver spare parts just as usual. The biggest challenge is that conditions change all the time, but we have close contact with our sales companies, shipping companies and suppliers to keep us updated, and change delivery methods and routes if necessary.

Personnel who can work from home do so to the greatest extent possible.
