MaxiFleet Machine Analysis

Track machine status and increase your productivity

MaxiFleet Advanced and Advanced Plus give you access to the machine analysis function, which enables you to effectively monitor your Machines and maintain an overview of their individual statuses. You can continually track their uptime and key data while alarms and warnings clearly indicate if a machine deviates from the expected in any way.

Machine analysis centres on each machine's functions (both forwarders and harvesters) and the following follow-ups are available;

  • MaxiFleet Advanced: Production follow-up and operational monitoring
  • MaxiFleet Advanced Plus: Engine, battery, Scale and head follow-ups. Moreover, oil sample analyses are automatically retrieved and made available in MaxiFleet.

When conducting your follow-ups, you can tailor the reports based on what you want to follow up each day, week or month. What's more, you can filter the results based on operator or work area.

Milestones, such as service appointments, operator training and head replacements, are also shown. This enables changes in the machine's performance to be followed up.

Machine analysis

Production follow-up
This gives you a clear overview of production: number of stems, volume, volume/hectare and average stem. You can see the stem distribution and the recommended working range (diameter at breast height) for the head. If a large share of the stems is outside the recommended range, MaxiFleet issues a warning.

Operational monitoring
Here you can review KPIs for uptime and capacity utilisation. MaxiFleet warns you if the machine has a large share of downtime. Fuel consumption can be monitored both here and in the Production view, as well as on the KPI tab accessed directly from the overview page.

Engine follow-up
The machine's AdBlue®/DEF consumption and engine speed are presented here. If the time spent idling is high, MaxiFleet issues a warning.

Battery follow-up
Battery sensor required.

Scale follow-up
The scale follow-up shows the number of loading cycles, the number of unloading cycles and the average volume loaded and unloaded.

Head follow-up
Here you can follow up diameter measuring via KPIs, as well as get an overview of level area lengths, to check whether the head has the right settings for holding and processing stems in a favourable manner.
