Evening Customer Event
After returning to Umeå, you’re warmly invited to join us for the evening customer event at the restaurant. Enjoy great food, refreshing drinks, and live music while mingling with Komatsu staff and fellow forestry people from around the world. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, share experiences, and strengthen connections.

Time: The venue opens at 18.00h and the official start is 18.30h.

Bus stop
During the day you will travel by bus between the different locations. We have two bus stops for the departure to Komatsu Days.
- For guests staying a at the Clarion Hotel, Scandic Plaza or U&Me Hotel, the bus departs at 7.40h from BEHIND the Clarion Hotel. See map here
- For guests staying at the WINN Hotel and Elite Hotel Mimer, the bus departs at 7.40h from “Norrlandsoperan”. See map here
